I had bought my tires and also purchased an alignment package at the Fayetteville, AR store. I had to go back multiple times and my wait time was very long each time. I decided to try the Springdale, AR location. It was the best customer service I've ever had at a tire store. They also got my truck alignment right the first time and my wait time was less in 45 mins. We definitely be going back to the Springdale location!

manager Mr. Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and professional with everything i asked for. He also was very nice and went the extra mile in asking if i needed anything else other than the service i requested. I have already told two other people about my buying experience from his location.

I was happy with the whole experience except for when I went to pay the price I was quoted and they added a tire protection plan without even asking if I wanted it. I felt like they were trying to sneak it in.

Lonnie and the crew at this Big O Tires were fantastic!! I came in, unexpectedly, for a flat repair and was immediately helped. While working on my vehicle they saw that I had an issue with another tire as well, Lonnie, the manager, came out and told me that they found another issue and asked if I wanted it fixed as well. They got both my tires done very quickly.The customer waiting area was clean, had free coffee and popcorn. The servicemen came in and checked on me periodically, asking if everything was ok and if I needed anything. There was a little area with some cars and blocks in case you have kids with you and need a sudden repair. It was warm, clean, and felt safe. It was in a separate room from the sales part so you weren't having to sit and listed to them try to sell you more than what you came for. It was nice. They were friendly, honest, and treated me with respect, not like I was just a dumb girl getting my car fixed. They were honest and really helped me out. They do more than just tires, and I can 100% assure you that whenever and whatever my car needs, Lonnie and his team are the ones I am going to go to!! They got a lifetime customer out of me and my family. I will not take my car to another place after the way they treated me and took care of me at Big O Tires in Springdale.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled time. They were able to get me in right away and rotate and balance my tires. I had a bouncing tire that was solved with rebalancing at this time. I had purchased three trailer tires that they loaded in the back of my for me.

Had daughter's car repaired. Entire staff was friendly, up front, and professional. All in all they saved me $160 by repairing the needed part in house rather than having the part shipped in the next day. Saved time and money
