Big O Tires

Everything was good, Professionalism was out standing they just forgot to put my old tires back in the back of my truck. Did not catch it till I was back in Fayetteville. So it was partially my fault also.

They were extremely quick. New that the tires i bought were directional and put them on correctly

Called and ordered tires, actually gave manager wrong size, called back with right size, manager said, no problem, ordered correct size and had them there when I arrived. Great service, great price.

The staff in Springdale was very kind, professional, and helpful (SO much better than the Fayetteville store). The waiting room was comfortable, spacious, and clean.

I went in with a wear issue on my front tires, Lonnie and the crew diagnosed the issue with in a few minutes and had the parts there shortly after, THey installed the new parts and had me on the road.
