Big O Tires

I took my car to Sears to get the brakes checked. After a $300 quote and a very suspect response to my questions,I decided to go elsewhere (only took it to sears because it was Sunday and they were close). Had great service at Big O in the past (it's near my office), and Lonnie and his team are great. Prices are very fair and service gets done on time. Paid less than half the quote from Sears. I brought my wife's vehicle back the next day to get an alignment. Great team, great work.

Zack up front was amazingly awesome (minus his spanish). His attitude is awesome and he was very friendly. He made the experiance spectacular... Most definitely coming back!!! Thanks Zack!!!!

This was a first experience with your store. I needed an oil change on short notice and even though they did not have the "full synthetic" oil my cars requires they allowed me to bring my own! Thanks guys!

We were on our way to Fayetteville and I realized I had a flat tire so we made a pit stop at Big O because I've had a good experience with them before at the Rogers,AR store. This experience was no different, I was worried I'd have to spend an arm and a leg but heck it was only $26 and we were on our way again. I even ordered a sandwich To be delivered from jimmy johns down there block thinking I'd be there for a while but they had the tire fixed faster than it took the sandwich to show up. Thanks!

Brought my son's car in for new tires and alignment. I received a call 30 min later telling me that the car had perfect alignment and only needed the tires. HONESTY. They could have aligned the car and charged me for it, since I asked for it. I have purchased tires for 3 cars in the last year and have always been treated fair and given the best price I could find

On the third page of questions, I was not offered a free alignment because I already have the alignment package, I was not greeted at my car because everyone was busy handling other customers, And I was not offered a big O credit card because I already have one. I am very happy with the service that I get at big O In Springdale, I know that there have been some issues, but your new manager JoJo seems to have his shit on the straight and narrow. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I really like the Nitto Tires I purchased and the Road Hazard. I picked up a nail in one of the tiers, took the wheel off, and took the tire in for repairs. In and out fast!

I've been going to this big O location for several years, the service is always been good, Zach and JoJo were very accommodating. JoJo helped me out right as I walked in the door exact joined to the conversation within 10 seconds. I recommend this big old location over any of the other ones.

I only came in for your winter care package. The mechanics noticed and alerted me that they couldn't do the alignment because my ball joints were bad. I had no idea. Not only did they save me some money in store that day, they saved me a lot of issues down the line by letting me know there was something wrong. I won't be getting my oil changed anywhere else now.
