I had a warning light on, and could not visibly see a flat tire, so I came in to have it checked out. I had no appointment, and was still taken care of in a timely fashion. They assessed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. I was very grateful to have it taken care of so fast, and not turn into a money fiasco. Good experience.

Before my visit to Big O's, I spent some time on line searching for a place to purchase tires for my pickup. Little did I know that I would find the right place within 2 miles of my home. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area is clean and spacious (not stuck in a little closet in the corner), and you can actually see your vehicle through plate glass windows so you know that it is being serviced. Everything they did was discussed and authorized beforehand, and there was no pressure to authorize anything that I did not want. You can get the same tires and other components at many other places of business, but you can't always get the fast, friendly service that you get at Big O's. I will be back.

Purchased my tires here (under prior management, I think) 2 years ago. I've not been impressed with the tires, however, the customer service is great. I will purchase tires here again, just with more knowledge of products and with the advice of the NEW sales team. Free tire rotations with purchase of tires. Quick, friendly service. No complaints.

I had a company driver brake down in the area and the management at Big O in Springdale,AR went out of their way and worked until after 7pm to get our driver back on the road. I appreciate the effort very much and will use Big O whenever we can.

I took my RV in for Rotating and Balance tires, customer service was excellent, explained that due to having aluminum and steel rims, tires would have to be dismounted and remounted to rotate them. Process was fast, and less expensive than I had figured.
