Big O Tires

I really like the Nitto Tires I purchased and the Road Hazard. I picked up a nail in one of the tiers, took the wheel off, and took the tire in for repairs. In and out fast!

The crew at the Springdale location is one of the best I have worked with. Very professional and courteous. Top notch customer service. Will definitely be back.

I've been going to this big O location for several years, the service is always been good, Zach and JoJo were very accommodating. JoJo helped me out right as I walked in the door exact joined to the conversation within 10 seconds. I recommend this big old location over any of the other ones.

I came in early on a Saturday and they were able to get started right away with my oil change and tire rotation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly service good products thorough inspection. Only thing was I asked for tires back and the service guys didn’t keep them but they did offer to go back and get them. Not a big deal and definitely didn’t change my mind on how well this store did

Luke Friddle came into the waiting room and updated me on the progress and timeline. He told me the condition of my tires, and what is recommended when to get new ones. Very impressed with educating me re tires, website to look at ones offered when ready to get them!
