Big O Tires

Took care of mY tire needs.

I bought four new tires. Received an oil change. My van is like new!!! Love it. The customer service was superb and I felt completely informed about my purchases!

I was shopping for a spare tire. All I wanted was something round and black and would hold air. Price was my main concern. I had been to 3 other places, including Wal-Mart, before stopping at Big O. I told the man at the counter what I wanted, he told me what he had and the price. I walked out, with the tire, a satisfied customer. Was my first time at a Big O store but it won't be my last.

Service was very professional. I got in at 7 am and took care of my oil, rotation, alignment on my truck and provided other suggestions before they moved forward. I enjoyed the coffee provided as well.
