Big O Tires

Oil and filter changed and tires rotated.

My visit was to replace a pair of tires. The crew kept me informed during the process and performed a complete inspection of my vehicle. The replacement was faster than expected and every item on the bill was explained. Thank you, Big O!

I bought a new set of tires from them and they were having a great promotion at the time.

Everyone was nice and helpful and I have always gotten great service here. The only thing that bothered me was oil was spilled all over the top of engine so the car smoked and smelled for awhile while it burned off but I'm sure it was just an accident. I will always use Big O for my car and tire needs.

I was respected, treated like a valued longtime customer (first time ever!) and given lots of discounts since I'm currently unemployed due to injury and my tires were shredded, to the point of driving risk. Thanks guys, I appreciate you all so much from the salesman to the serviceman!!!

Love my tires and everything was really great!!! The only thing I was disappointed in was that you don't put nitrogen in tires and I wasn't informed about it...my tires had it in them & I like it... I called later in the day and asked about it... That's how I found out...I will be back again sometime... Thanks...

Brian answered all my questions, made me feel welcomed, and worked around my schedule to have my vehicle serviced on time. He was very polite, courteous,and definitely an asset to the company. I appreciate all that he did.

I was a bit disappointed that after paying 1,000.00 for a set of tires that they were not cleaned. I would think that from a customer service standpoint the expectation would be to get a "new looking" tire. Otherwise very pleased with the service.

My son blew a tire on a Friday night and had to have a replacement by early Saturday afternoon in order to go to work. It was an unusual sized tire. Glenn had the tire and replaced the tire in less than 15 minutes. Wonderful service.
