Big O Tires

Bought new tires and got a great deal and good service on the installation.

I came in to get an alignment and they recommended that I get new tires. They did not pressure me to get new tires but explained my options clearly and showed me exactly why I needed new tires. I would highly recommend them.

They staff were friendly, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Super nice and attentive! Multiple checks on customers while we waited. Really felted like my car was in the best hands!

The new tires are very quiet and ride smoothly. It certainly helped that they were on sale. Unfortunately, it took 2 additional appointments to get the inflation monitors corrected and those are needed for the tire warranty to prevent driving on under inflated tires. Everything is fine now!

Assist manager did an awesome job getting the job done being short handed.

Was very pleased with the service and the help applying for credit. Very timely! One concern was a bad wheel bearing was mentioned and i just replace them.

The bathroom was a little nasty but as far as the service is concerned, the guys were amazing, super nice and very fast. Wonderful!!

I enjoy going to the Springdale, AR store because the staff is professional and knowledgeable about my 2006 Trailblazer. The technicians are thorough with every service.

We have several company trucks that I have serviced at Big O. One of my brand new diesel F-250's was taken in for oil and air filter to be replaced. When my supervisor took the truck back a few months later to have serviced again, the technician said the truck had been running without an air filter. The only company to change the air filter was Big O, therefore, leads me to believe that a new air filter was not installed earlier. They did put in a new air filter in at no charge but the fact it was driven for months without one is a big concern. The last time I was in I had my oil & filter changed and tires aligned and balanced. Everything was good with service except the oil sticker on my windshield was not changed and my oil change indicator was not reset. This made me wonder if my oil and filter were even changed. I did pay for it and I assume that it was changed and just an oversight on not changing my sticker and indicator.

I took my 02 camry there for an oil change. I asked to look into an AC issue. Mon said it was a leak in the radiator bust was busy to give me a quote. she said she would give me a call. its been over a month. I still haven't heard from her.

Above and beyond

Easy in and out and a fair price. Was worried that tech may "find" a ton of stuff, but did not happen.

The experience was fantastic. The staff was quick knowledgeable and professional.
