I asked the team to inspect the car and tell me what it would take to make it safe for my son along with the items that I knew it needed. After some time and wrong parts and faulty parts being delivered it was finally deemed ready. I asked the technician if he test drove it and he confirmed it was good to go. After picking it up it still had the concerning rattle in front end. It is very difficult to get the car back for further repair and cost is an issue as I already put out over 1200 for the prior service. The team is very friendly and helpful but I feel they didn't inspect it fully up front and maybe didn't test drive it as they would have surely heard the noise it is still making and is now much worse. I would like this to be rectified somehow but no complaints regarding the customer service. Great team and very friendly guys you have working there.

We had to wait two hours for an oil change. The oil change was $10 more than a local competition.

After looking around for tires and feeling very lost, I pulled into Big O Tires thinking this would just be like the other places but it wasn't.I was greeted right away, the salesman (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was very patient and helpful, answered all of my questions and explained the differences in all the tires I looked at.I ended up getting 4 new tires that same day.While my car was in the shop area the manager came out and talked to me about my car and what was going on with it.Very nice and very helpful!

I took my vehicle into Big O for some routine maintenance. They rotated and balances my tires for a reasonable price, added a complementary alignment check (they confirmed that alignment was good), and noticed a dirty air filter that needed replacing. They didn't try to up-charge my service with unneeded maintenance, which I really appreciate. All office work was handled efficiently and professionally. I will be a return customer!

Got a new tire put on my car this weekend and they were great! They stayed open later for me to make sure I got a new tire (was driving on a donut for over a week), and Steve and the other staff were really friendly and made the wait entertaining. :)

I needed one replacement tire for my daughter's car damaged on the road. The young man that assisted me was very helpful and professional. The only problem was just the approach to a warranty purchase. I know he was doing as trained and certainly did his job. However, I was aware that Big O did not operate in Florida, having looked before. I did not want the warranty due to this reason, but I felt like I could not decline the coverage without saying "no"� a couple of times. Otherwise, I had a great experience and VERY fast professional service. Thank you.

I called them on a Monday. They happened to have the oversized tires I was wanting in stock and said could put on whenever I was ready. I had the tires installed next day, and they had my truck in and out within an hour.

very fast, called one afternoon before I left on a trip and needed an alignment, got me in and out that afternoon, I know they were busy so I am grateful.

Overall my experience was fine. I liked the waiting room with WiFi. Price came back a bit higher than expected. Communication skills were a bit lacking. I would be a return customer based on price.
