Big O Tires

They did a great job fixing my flat. But I resent the high pressure sales tactics. I went to get a flat fixed. Not buy windshield wipers (which don't need replacing), have my power steering system flushed or brakes put on.

Big O Tires in Springdale is very helpful and friendly. Great place to go.

I went in for an oil change and asked if I could get the front end aligned. They got to me rather quickly and were very helpful. They had forgotten to put my tire lock back in my car and called me right away to assure I came back to get it. Big O has always been good to me and the guys in the office are great. Always recommending them to family and friends.

I was very unhappy when I first ordered the tires, but it was my fault . I was looking at the wrong tire reviews on the internet. So,everything is great! I am very happy with the tires.

I needed a single tire to match those already on my car. The tire was in stock and was installed promptly, My car now rides very smoothly, as it should. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous.

i went in for my oil change and discovered i needed a brake job also. Only wish i had the coupon for 10 per cent discount the day before. I go on Thursday(ladies day for oil change) and got the coupon on later date, needed discount for $336.00 bill

I came in for an oil change. That happened without incident. I also observed the team doing a number of other inspections, mostly for safety items such as lights and turn signals. Nice job!

Everything was great except for how long it takes them to put the tires on. I got there and we found some tires they got my truck right in then 2 hours later it was done. I think that is about the slowest I have ever had tires put on.

Price drives our commitment to continue using Big O. Customer service is good. Communication is excellent.

I came in to get a slow leak fixed on a Big O tire. The service rep said it would take about half an hour. Actually it was slightly less than that. Turned out it was a bead leak. The rep explained what that was, how the fixed tire was tested, and presented a zero bill. I can't ask for better than that!

the cost for $400 for brakes and rotors...the costs were so high. I wish repairs on cars for seniors were cheaper

better than b4, I took the ruined tire in .. off the car.. and got it fixed pretty quick,, I learned that it's best to leave the car at home and take the tire in with the pickup truck.. that way they don't open the hood, or crawl around inside the car pushing buttons.. and leaving the moon -roof open.. so from now on I will take the tire to them.. and not the car... hard lesson learned...
