Big O Tires

We had an oil change done and was going to have the headlights restored. We did get the oil changed, but didn't get the headlights done because they told us the machine was broke. They didn't check the tire pressure or reset the oil life percentage. It was 15 mins before closing so don't know if the machine was really broken or they just didn't want to do it. They weren't happy when we showed up, but were glad to see us leave. Might have to take my business elsewhere.

I was visiting from out of town, they where very helpful and everyone of them was so so nice, it's nice to see a happy work enviorment everything there was positive.

Waiting area was nasty and looked like it hasn't been swept or vacuumed in ages. Service was slow but accurate.

Had rotation and came back for alignment a few days later. Worked me in and manager determined that "it was still under warranty", no charge yippee! Thanks Big O!

I guess there are worse problems to have. The service is very good, but it seems like they have so many customers coming in all the time that they are quite simply buried by the volume.

GREAT JOB, I AM GLAD I PURCHASED MY TIRES THERE, BECAUSE OF THE AFTER PURCHASE SURVICE I GET.

We went in knowing we had bad tires but didn't know the full extent until they looked at them. Needless to say they were really bad and the front 2 needed replaced right then plus we needed an alignment. Not only was the service quick but the tires were a lot cheaper then we expected for a great brand. After we checked out and got into the car I noticed that we were charged for a 3 year warranty on the tires but weren't asked, so I went back in and they explained and apologized and gave me a refund on the warranty. We are definitely going back for our back tires and regular maintenance.

The employees were professional and very helpful.

The overall experience was great they were very helpful. The only problem I had was when I got home an opened my truck the spare tire was not put back it was just laying on top. I had to get someone to help me put it all back where it belonged in the truck. I felt that the man putting on my 4 tires could of put it back in the holder in the truck. But the people inside where very helpful with the tire choice I made an I feel that they will last well. This is the second time I have purchased tires from you an the service inside has been wonderful.

We discussed an alignment for my car and concluded that it would not help my situation because my car has no camber adjustment.

Waited a little bit but was worth it. Would go back any time and wait again

Great place and great service!

Had a flat tire that ended up needing to be replaced. I bought the warranty on the tires when I first got them so I was just able to get a new tire for minimal cost. Glenn was very helpful and got the tire in and ready to be put on 2 days later. A little longer wait than I wanted, but not much I could do about the nearest tire being in Missouri. Everything was done quickly and easily.
