Big O Tires

Manager Bryan was wonderfully helpful. Even though the shop was under-staffed and busy, he made sure that my car was taken care of properly. Thank you, Bryan, for making this an excellent experience!

Everything went great. They got it in and back out in a timely manner.

The guy working the counter did not seem to want to be there. He was pretty quick with everything and tried to over charge me. I was quoted 470 and he tried to bill me 492. It was corrected after I made a comment about the price. I also never got my alignment check report, and anything saying it was good. Over all the service from the technician was great. The customer service at the front counter was lacking.

Had an appointment but it was still over 2 hours to get tires rotated,didn't have to wait that long when the new tires were put on,and they weren't busy!!!

Glen was very helpful and made sure my small tire project was completed as proposed and on time. Glen is your top employee and a good hand. Some additional customer service training is needed for the other employees that frequent the front of the store. I would definitely go back to the store but I would insist on dealing with Glen and only Glen.

Staff was very friendly. Guy at front desk was welcoming and had a nice sense of humor.

I was there for 2 1/2 hours just to get rear brake pads put on. They didn't even pull it back until 5:30. Then came in wanting me to buy rotors. By the time they got them from the parts store, I would have been even longer. I just wanted out of there. I refused the rotors. Had they pulled me back sooner, I probably would have said yes. Where are all the guys at? I didn't recognize one person in there. May or may not be back.

I have had repeat excellent customer service and come to BigO first before anyone else. They go the extra mile and are yet never pushy. Very respectful and courteous. I'm a woman, and many other places will treat me like I'm dumb and don't know about cars "�or care to. However, here, at BigO I can discuss issues with the servicemen quickly and efficiently"�without that weird feeling of "What! She knows what a caliper is?"� You're always helpful, respectful of my time, and run a positive atmosphere in your establishment. Thank you.

Jamal did a great job in securing my tires, as they were at a different location. I greatly appreciate that type of customer service. My issue is that I was not called to tell me that my car was ready and the tpms light is still on. I specifically wanted that issue resolved and it wasn't. I called back on my way home from picking up the car and was told that the light should go off in 10 or 15 minutes of driving, which it did not. I am dissappointed that after spending $554, my tpms light is still on and not addressed.

Was 600 miles from home and needed a tire rotation and alignment checked. Generally at home I use NTB, but the locale I used shredded a wheel while attempting to get a cross threaded lug nut off. But this location meet my concerns and had me on my way with no issues. I appreciate their competent, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Your people are very nice and seemingly professional. Some things I have a problem with is a lot of the items that are optional they just added on without asking. I would have taken the extended warranty but it would have been nice to have been asked. Second since I wasn't buying the big o brand, I bought Michelin Defenders. The service person wasn't 100% sure about warranty. The technician was an absolute professional. He took his time to do job right without taking to long. Overall I am happy with tires and service and will come back to Big O Tires.

We drove in late last week after finding a flat rear tire (nail puncture), having had it removed and replaced previously with the spare. It was our first time at Big O Tires and we were pleased with the friendly, quick, knowledgeble service; plugged and patched the tire. We were back on the road within 20 minutes and their prices are very reasonable.

It took over an hour to get checked in then an then almost two hour and a half hours to get tires rotated and balanced

I have done business with two different Big O stores, Hollister, MO and Springdale, AR, and have been very pleased with both.I must say, however, that the Springdale store is by far my favorite.I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the fact they seem to get better each time I visit.Thanks for everything!

it took too long to get my oil change and tire rotation.

I always use big o tires in Springdale . LONNIE has been the man, you couldn't ask for better service or a better buying experience . If something were to cause LONNIE to leave the store my business would follow him .
