Very friendly atmosphere. However I think that water should been available in vending or a water fountain.

I contacted the manager,Glenn, to inform him of my experience. First, I had a power steering pump put on they put the orange factory plug back in the resevoir instead of the new cap I had that was with the pump, also they put the old pump in the box and a partial bottle of fluid in my back seat(I have a pick up bed) and it leaked fluid on my back seat about the size of a pancake, fortunately I have black or dark grey seats so it does not show but I soaked a lot of it up out of the foam with a towel.I also asked to have the pulley alignment checked on the serpentine belt due to a sqeek the motor has had, I watched Steve write it on the work order, but it was not checked, and now the belt squeeks even more with the new pump. There was also a misunderstanding on the price, I brought my own pump but was not told that the shop fee was $20 more if I use my parts. The week before I asked for an estimate and noticed the hourly rate was $75 but found out(after the fact) that the shop rate is $95 with my part, had I known that I would of allowed you to provide the part and not used the one I had. I spoke with Glenn and he told me to bring it back in and they would clean the back seat to make it right. I've always had great service but was really disappointed this time.

I called about an appointment for my truck oil change this last Monday and Brian Miller got me right in. When I arrived Brian greeted me as he remembered who I was from the last time I was in. He is a very pleasant young man who reminded me of the waiting room complete with free coffee and bottled water and snacks if I was interested. He had my truck in within 15 minutes! While in the waiting room I overheard his visit with two other customers regarding their specific needs of their vehicles, he explained everything in detail and was not in the least bit pressuring towards them to have work done but at the same expressing why it needed to be done sometime in the near future! When the oil change was complete, I paid my bill and said see you next time Brian and was on my way!I would rate this visit a 5 star and Brian's desire to make folks comfortable with their situation a 5 star!

I waited over an hour for my car to be seen. I initially asked for a tire rotation along with my oil change. The rotation was not done. Every visit this has completed, so I'm not sure where the miscommunication occurred.

Happy with the repair and it was free. Went there in case I had to buy a new tire. Very poor communication. No indication it would take over 3 1/2 hrs. Didn't let me know when my car was done (happened to see it back in the lot). Had to ask what they found. Even checking in, the employee just walked away from me (i didn't know if he was finished with me or not). Will not be back.

I brought my car in to get a flat fixed. The spare tire had been put on the night before by my boyfriend who currently has a broken right hand. I was called about 2 hours after I dropped it off to be told that two of the lugs were stripped and the entire mounting needed replaced because it had been tightened down too far at some point and I would be charged $321 and change. I explained that the last people that touched the tires besides to put the spare on was Big O and that there's no physical way that my boyfriend with a broken hand and no pneumatic tools could have done that and that he had mentioned to me that he could barely get them off to put the spare on in the first place. The guy I spoke with told me that because I hadn't told them that when I dropped it off, by the way that entire conversation lasted maybe 3 minutes, that it was pretty much on me and I would just have to pay to fix it. I told him no and to go talk to someone else, because he told me he had only been there 3 weeks, and to call me back. He called back 10 minutes later and told me my total was going to be $21 and change. Now I can understand if some other company or myself had stripped out the parts to the point of them not being safe that I would be responsible for them getting fixed, clearly. But, no one else has touched those tires being that they are under warranty so I have no need to do anything but to go through you all. And then being told that all this work needed to be done and parts replaced for it to be safe and within 10 minutes that was no longer the case and my bill had dropped $300. Just doesn't add up to me. And I've never had issues with you all before, but honestly I feel like the wool was trying to be pulled over my eyes. The parts are damaged and should have been replaced by your company being as I've said a million times no one else has touched them and I have paid for the additional warranty. But, all I left with was a patched tires and parts that "will eventually need to be replaced" and without the routine rotation that I had asked for as well. Overall very disappointing experience.

After tons of research for a good set of tires I ended up getting the big o brand "big foot" tires. They are the best deal! Not to mention a great warranty and lifetime service. I will be back when I wear this set out.

The service was pretty good, there was a fairly long wait. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine which was refreshing. It was a lively experience. I witnessed the administration handling a disgruntled customer mostly professionally.

The guy at the counter was great, happy, helpful and friendly. The tire techs under filled my tire and my tires had nitrogen in them and my new tire has just air so it fluctuates. All my tires have the green cap to indicate nitrogen.

The local store was great but was disappointed with the online experience...... I looked up tires online, chose tires and service to be performed and made an appointment. They quickly approved appointment time, but didn't tell me the tires were not available. When I got to the store, they said they didn't have the tires I picked out. I saw signage all over about buy 3 get 1 free. I asked for those, but they didn't carry them form my Honda van. I went in expecting to spend about $550, but came out owing $750. Truly I would have left, but had a short window of time set up before a Dr. Appt. Service was great, but just a little disappointed.

My son-in-law and daughter had told me that they had been buying tires and having service done with Big O Tires for several years, so when I needed tire service I went to see them. I could not ask for better service, even though they were really busy and did not know me from Adam. Definite 5 star rating from me and my family! Chip Hunley

Lelan and Glenn were tops in helping me navigate Michelin's policy regarding tires that were potentially defective (4-flats in 2-years), so their service was invaluable to me in that process. The only part of my experience that was not to my liking was the Labor charge, and the Optional 3-Year Tire Protection Plan ($131.44) added to my invoice. I was not aware of those when I Ok'd the service, so in the end, any savings I might have enjoyed from Michelin's warranty policy were eliminated. Historically, I purchase all of my tires at SAM'S Club, and that's one reason why they've always won my business. They charge State Tire and Shop Fees too; but never anything for Labor or their product guarantee. I also have an issue on whether I got the air filter that I authorized for installation, but I'm working that through with Glenn. Should be a no-brainer if he determines the tech accidentally forgot to install it. Like I say, Lelan and Glenn did a masterful job in dealing with my problem; problem is, the business model they are forced to work with is an "Up-Sell" model, and that model is not really to my liking. Please let them know that I appreciated their service though. Thank you.
