Big O Tires

I was able to walk in and my car went straight to the back. No waiting for a tech to start. May for a great part of the service.

In and out in a minimal time

I spoke with the manager close to closing time on Thursday and decided on a set of tires, thanks to his help. On Friday I arrived at a scheduled time and had new tires on my truck in about an hour and a half. (They were under staffed due to a couple guys being sick)

They always get our vehicles right in!

I was able to get in with out an appointment and they where able to accommodate me. I was able to get the 10ply tires I needed and Trent Hagar was very nice and explained what was going on with my truck.

Staff were knowledgeable, professional, and quickly took care of my pickup without any run around or trying to sell me things I didn't need. Will definitely consider Big O next time I need tire service!

Smooth process

I had a warning light on, and could not visibly see a flat tire, so I came in to have it checked out. I had no appointment, and was still taken care of in a timely fashion. They assessed the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. I was very grateful to have it taken care of so fast, and not turn into a money fiasco. Good experience.

The front desk team was competent, friendly, efficient and worked well together. I needed a mechanic and they worked to schedule one for me that fit my schedule. They honored my tire warranty, and the final cost was very reasonable.

That was my first time ever buying tires for my car and you guys made the experience easy! The guy helped guide me in picking good tires that weren't outrageously prices. I also really appreciate the lift to go get my moms truck so that I didn't have to sit around waiting for a couple hours! Thank you!! I will definitely recommend you guys!
