the cost of $100.00 was a way too much for replacing the battery...nothing else was done. my battery quit and he saw an opportunity to stick it to a customer.

My son-in-law and daughter had told me that they had been buying tires and having service done with Big O Tires for several years, so when I needed tire service I went to see them. I could not ask for better service, even though they were really busy and did not know me from Adam. Definite 5 star rating from me and my family! Chip Hunley

These people are great! Got my car right in. So friendly!

Service was fine. I hindsight, I probably should have shopped around more. Competitors are offering the same tire at half the cost.

Guy's @ Big O Tires are the guys to do anything.

I asked for two new tires to be put on the front of my vehicle they mounted them and put them on the back of my vehicle I had to have them change them back to the front I requested to keep my old tires and put them in the back of my vehicle which they did not do I had to return to retrieve my old tires

Asst manager Brian kept me updated throughout the day when I had to have my brakes completely replaced. He was polite and explained everything in a way I could understand.

Really slow service. Super slow. Very slow. Took forever.

I came in to get the oil changed in my tacoma and my wife's 4 runner both were done within an hour and a half .

They did a front alignment on my car, but yet it still shakes and it didn't do anything. If anything it made it worse

Had a low tire. Mechanic diagnosed an air leak around the bead. Applied bead sealant. All good to go in about 20 minutes.

I purchased my wheels and tires on the 12 of February and never received a call that the wheels were in. So I called the following Wednesday since no call was made within the 2 days I was told it would take to receive the wheels. I was told that my order wasn't found and they'll call with info later that day. No call was made to me so I called Friday the 19. They were not in and a mix up with the order took place. So they were reordered. I received a call Monday the 22 that they were in. I came in at 330pm and waited until 6pm when my truck was brought in to have the wheels and tires changed. It took about 35 to 40 mins to do. That was the good part. But when asked if the allignment that I had quoted to me was done. I was told that no it wasn't and it couldn't be done that late. I later looked over my receipt and it show I wasn't charged for one. But it was the whole reason I changed out my tires in the first place. Good people working there but organization wasn't in place.

Hi Rusty: I'm happy to say my visit to your shop was GREAT! And my experience this time was better than last time for two reasons (1) Lelan and Glenn did not use the "Up-Sale" business model they were forced to use last time, and (2) Because of that, Lelan was able to give me straightforward honest advice, and that made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! In the end, he saved me a large chuck of money, and earned lots of "Trust" equity chips in the process. That's the way business should be done, and I am grateful for the enhanced experience this time. Kuddos to Lelan and Glenn. Job well done, and now my car is "service-ready" for the next set of miles before I return for another Lube-Oil-Filter, tire rotation, etc. My best to them, and thank you sir!---George Charles.

I got home and my tire was flat again.

I always enjoy going to Big O Tires they treat us like family and always work with our financial situation. Lonnie has been extremely helpful as well as respectful and polite we consider Lonnie like family and are always pleased how quickly and efficiently everthing gets done I would recommend Big O Tires on sunset to everyone and have actually recommended quit a few friends already there just that good.

Just Had my wife's car serviced and they left the oil fill cap loose. It's caused car to have engine code. Had to return to store to have code cleared and oil cleaned up. Quality control at this store has dropped since Lonnie is gone

We were not greeted and after we walked up to the desk, the person picked up the phone and called a customer and had a conversation while we waited.

Came in last minute and they were quick to help!! Great service!!
