bought three new tires, had oil change and air filter. Crew did not rotate the older tire to the front. One new tire had 39.5 psi (30 psi recommended).

Only some of the workers there seemed to want to work so even though it wasnt very busy and I was there for just an oil change it took over an hour and a half

I bought my tires from BOT and was please with them. But had my transmission serviced and started hearing a rumbling noise and found out it was about a quart and half low on fluids. I call and got hold some who they didn't work at the location just filling in but would give messages and phone number to call me back. I questioned the service and type of fluid that was put on my truck. Come to find out the wrong fluids was put in and a local Chevrolet deal ship replaced the fluid. As of to date no return call or apologize for the error or offer to pay for the mistake.

After calling all of the tire centers in NWA, Big O gave me the best prices and service for my tires. Then, repaired a bad wheel bearing in less time and cost than was listed in the manual. Best prices, best service.

I'm not sure why you are asking my feedback over a year later. My experience started off great. Your store manager offered to work me in as I was from out of town and needed brake work done immediately. The cost for the work was to be around $200-250. I waited several hours and worked in the lobby. Then I was told that the mechanic broke the spindle and my car was not driveable. They would overnight the part so that I would be able to have it on Friday to leave. The area manager was nice and gave me a ride down the street to my hotel. My car was finally ready to go around 4:00 the next afternoon. Everything was still fine until the manager wanted me to pay full price for the services. When I asked for a discount, he argued with me. When I offered to pay parts and he pay labor, he told me that his mechanic needs to get paid. Lol. What? He's the one who broke my car. Then he told me I was lucky that he overnighted my replacement part or I would have been stranded until Monday. I asked him to call the area manager who told him to give me the discount. This whole fiasco shows that the store manager is unprofessional. I hope things have changed in this past year for you guys.

Glenn and his crew are great. I was only there to get two new front tires but they performed a full car inspection and replaced the serpentine belt which was cracked. Kudos!

I had a small nail removed and the hold patched in one tire. When I arrived and requested the service, there was one customer ahead of me and the shop was nearly empty. For some reason, it took an hour and fifteen minutes for me to get my car back. The wait blew the rest of my day. I just had no idea that it would take so very long and I still can't figure out why. I'm disappointed and angry. It's hard to attribute the long wait to anything other than just a lack either of competence or concern.

I brought my truck in for an oil change, check wheel alignment and rotate my tires. After my service was complete, I jumped on I-49 to run some errands. As soon as I hit 60 mph the steering wheel started shaking. I pulled over and called Big O. I was instructed to come back and Big O would check to make sure my tires were balanced. (Note: There was zero vibration before my initial visit). Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the guy at the counter and he said they could check it out but I only paid for a rotate, not a balance and it would be $9. Although it was not said when I called back initially, I gathered from the conversation I had with the person on the phone that it wasn't going to cost me anything. It was just going to be a quick and easy check and I'd be on my way. Nine dollars isn't much so I agreed. Well, it wasn't just $9. It was $9 per wheel and I was told that he "cut me a break" since it is usually $18 per wheel. So $40 later I'm on my way. Here is why I gave 2 stars and will not be returning to Big O: 1. I had to return after initial service was completed. It seems like this situation could have been easily avoided if they were checked before I came to pick up the truck the first time. 2. I was told it was $9. I did not misunderstand or not hear part of the conversation. The guy said it was going to cost $9. Only after the service was completed was I told $9 for each wheel. 3. I had no issues with vibration before I brought my truck in. So why did the front (now the back) tires need "re-balanced"? There wasn't any odd wear on the tires so add that with the fact there was no vibration to begin with and using Big O logic, they were in the back so if they were out of balance, I would not have known anyway. I feel like Big O took advantage of me. Its not the money really, its how the whole situation played out. It just feels a bit scammy. I have no issues with paying for a service I receive but not the way you guys went about it. I will not be returning.

The store didn't appear to be busy, yet it took a lengthy time to have a tire repaired. The person that went to move the car inside for repair was greasy and my son offered to do it for him, but counter help said no and that his clothes were clean and he would do it - the first guy had already returned and said he couldn't drive a standard. My son watched thru the glass and noted the person making the repair referred to his phone during the procedure. We were charged double what I have paid for this service at a tire shop in Siloam Springs. My son checked the tire before we left and noticed the valve cap hadn't been replaced. After we drove a couple of miles, my son stopped and made sure the lug nuts were tight - they were. A few miles out of town the car started vibrating and my son said the person changing the tire probably didn't clean the wheel before applying weights when balancing and a weight had come off so when I got to Siloam, I had a tire shop here balance the wheel correctly - I paid cash and did not keep a receipt. I called and explained my experience to the manager of Big O who said bring the receipt for balancing for reimbursement if I'm ever back in Springdale - that's not going to happen and I won't be doing business there in the future.
