Big O Tires

I needed a flat repaired. I bought the tires there and had the 3 year option plan. I was told it would be about an hour which was fine. 2.5 hours later and after listening to the mechanics in the shop yelling so loud that I could hear them over the TV in the waiting room my tire was ready. The office staff was nice enough but the service was unprofessional. I have had good experiences at other locations just not this one

Ran over some red bricks spilled on the road, blew out a tire, had to get it replaced, took awhile to prove I got the tire there, but after that it went ok. This time they checked the cabin air filter w/o me asking.. it did need replaced..

Front Desk Service was good, but I do have issues with how long it took to perform the services rendered. Waited for 2.5 hours to have flat tire that could not be patched replaced with a new tire and just the normal checks that are supposed to be done, which I don't think were actually done. I checked my tire pressure on all four tires and the 1 new tire was 41psi and the other 3 ranged from 31 psi to 32.5 psi. Per the my vehicle specs tire pressure should be 35 psi. Also I don't think the tires were balanced or alignment check. my vehicle pulls to the right when driving.

The only place I will go for tires service and alignments.

I arrived at 8am on a Saturday for an oil change & tire rotation. I knew it wouldn't be super quick....but I never dreamed it would take 2-1/2 hours. I waited at the location and no one ever told me it would be 2+ hours. I will definitely never go back. They also hook every single car up to the alignment machine in an effort to make more money on every car that comes through...though the alignment would be another 2+ hours. Owner and employees are nice and knowledgeable.

The guys did a great job. Very happy with the service.

I have got my oil changed here for over 3 years since it is so conveniently located by my work. For the past 3 years my oil changes have always been $39.99. This time when I got back to pick up my car it was $59.99. I asked why there was such a huge jump since the last time I came in and he could not really explain. I did have $10.00 off coupon but was still really confused as to why it was so much more. He did end up adjusting the price and said he found the problem and got everything fixed which I really do appreciate but I had already been there for 30 min and was late getting back to work. Another thing is they did not put the sticker on the windshield to tell me when my next oil change is due. I thought that was really odd because they have never not done that before. I didn't realize until I had already left that this it wasn't on there. I will rethink where I take my care next time since it seems like this time it was lacking. Jamal (not sure of spelling) was really nice though and was trying to accommodate me with everything so I do appreciate that. Thanks!

Really wanted a free alignment check...was not offered. Otherwise a great experience.

Came in for a tire rotation, oil change, and tire repair (nail in tire). Tire was repaired, tires were rotated, but tire pressure sensors not reset, oil change missed. waited 2 hours for tire rotation and repair, then another hour for oil change... then they still didn't reset sensor. Was told all oil used and Big O, was synthetic, yet had to paid a premium for synthetic for for my GM truck (most common engine in the world).

Pointed out several other items I needed repaired on vehicle and were not pushy about doing it.Can be done one item at a time

Typically I would say the Springdale store does a great job. Since Glen went to the Fayetteville store, things have not been as impressive. I asked for the battery terminals to be cleaned, all they did was clean the corrosion on the top of the post, they did not remove the terminal and clean it. Before that I asked for tires to be rotated with my regular oil change, tires did not get rotated. Springdale store has fallen apart

Professional, priced right, and fast service . Will definitely go back

I recently bought two sets of tires, one for my wife's car and another for my truck, We had a good experience the first time, but the second time it was a little different. I walked in and was greeted by a young fellow, I really cannot remember what was said, but I told him I could go buy them somewhere else if he didn't have time. It had to do with when they closed. This was early in the morning and I let him know that I could leave it and pick it up when they got finished. Well, I wouldn't say anything except that my wife called about getting a oil change and the same guy had the same problem about time. She was going to drop it off at lunch time and pick it up when they were through. She took it somewhere else, she felt it was not convenient for him to do the oil change. This was at the Bentonville location. I drop my truck off in Springdale and never get any hassle. Anyway, I think you have lost my wife's business, but I will continue to do business with Springdale.

Used them couple days ago pointed out several things that needed to b addressed and actually showed me hands on what the problem was and suggested things to b aware of but no pressure to fix the same day unlike most shops

I have no idea what's going on at this particular Big O location, but there seems to be a complete change in personnel. Quality has plummeted. The guy they brought in from Sears Automotive contradicts everything we have heard from Big O previously. We ask questions and want straight answers. We've gotten that in the past by Big O. This new guy will throw all sorts of bs and conveys the air of a used car salesman. The lack of just giving straight facts does not build trust.
