Big O Tires

Originally we made and appointment for Saturday. When we brought our car in on Friday they then realized their mechanic doesn't work on Sat. Then we rescheduled the appointment. When they had our van this time they ended up calling and saying the quote given was about $200 less than it should have been. So we did not get the timing belt changed. We will be taking our van elsewhere. Unfortunately we never had issues until the management changed recently.

Had an excellent experience with Charlie. Work was fast and fair priced.

I ran over some spilled bricks on the road, blew out a tire, had to get it replaced, after I proved I got the tire there. it went ok., this time they checked and replaced the cabin air filter..w/o me asking.. go figure..

Lelan was wonderful and provided excellent customer service. He took great care of me and made sure my first experience with them was a good one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new tires.

Went in to get the oil, filter changed. Also wanted the cabin air filter changed, (didnt happen),. also wanted them to check on price for transmission filter, fluid changed,, (didnt happen), the Boss was to busy putting together a pressure washer, Not sure if Ill go back there or NOT... Paid for the oil, filter change, and left.. not to happy about the service..

They went out of their way to ensure that my 67 Cutlass was repaired correctly and that it was in a safe driving condition.

Fast and complete

was offered a "do over" for work I had done on my front car lights that ere previously cleaned

Excellent customer service

I have no doubt the technician did his job. I left with the two new tires I purchased. The salesman assured to me that they would do what I asked. That was a blatant lie. When I confronted the salesman he immediately started with excuses and used the ambiguous "they"� as a reason. Glenn provides below poor customer service.

I purchased tires, no mount or balance. Just picked them. I was charged a shop supplies fee of $15. What shop supplies are used to throw 4 tires in the back of my truck? They said it was a charge that they cannot take off. Oh no, Big O!!

I had my tires balanced and an alignment done and was in and out in 20 minutes. This was my first time here but I will be back.

I used them last week and I regretted it. Asked them to put the whites out on my tires and give me a rotation/alignment. They did none of those things. They also took the paint off of my rims when they put them on. The man taking care of us was focused on other customers when they walked in and even left us to have a conversation with another customer while checking us out.

I'm glad I went with them for the prices and service.

I came and had a tired changed but a day later it went flat while I was driving out of town, in the middle of nowhere. I made it to my destination on a spare and the person who fixed the issue said that the car tire valve was broken. A problem that should have been fixed when I paid for a brand new tire. This is the second time I have gotten a tire from Big O that did not last a week but it will not happen again.
