Big O Tires

Big O was the only place that we took our truck since we bought it and this last service was unexceptable, not even sure if it was service, all we know that there were loose bolts on the front end when there was supposed to be an inspection done, it took forever and the excuse was, oh we just got real busy. Now we are having all kinds of problems since we took it back and had the tires rotated and inspected like it should have been done in the first place. There was never popping noises and pulling until you worked on it, now we have to find another place to fix the truck, before it causes a problem or even worse a wreck. When we first started going to Big O in Springdale, they were honest and did good work, but I guess the bigger you get the less you value the customer.

I came in 10 minutes before closing but they still handled my service call

Not what I expected.: Had my tires aligned on Thursday. Looked at the competed work today, and noticed that the inner fender seal on the passenger side had been ripped in half to access the alignment bolts. This damage was totally uncalled for because remove 7 small screws allows complete access to the entire upper A-arm. Replacement fender seals can only be ordered in pairs and cost about $39 plus shipping. I'm hoping that you or technician who destroyed my seal will be compensating me for the damage so a replacement can be ordered.

My dealer couldn't get to me, so they recommend Big O for on the spot repair. I called and they told me to come in and fixes me right on the spot. I am a contractor and just afford to be down long. Big O you have my future business.

Would not come back if you were giving tires away worst service ever 3 hours to do a set of tires

Two and a half hours to change 1 rear tire. Then the Manager could not find my car. Manger was thenasking other employees what happened to my car he found out that one of the techs toook my car and was gone for 30 to 40 minutes. Car thieft is what I'm calling it because we almost had to call the police.

Lonnie, his staff, as well as the repair staff are always friendly and helpful. They are not an auto repair business that tries to make as money as possible by overcharging or saying your auto needs things it really doesn't. For those of us who are less than knowledgeable about auto repair, they are always informative on the diagnosis of your vehicle and the progress of the repair. They also are able to give you options in case you are on a tight budget and don't mind giving you a referral to another company if they are unable to get a part or can't get it right away. I have always had great experiences with Big O Tires in Springdale, AR and would recommend them to anyone. They aren't one of those Quik-E - type auto repair places, which I appreciate, because I want it done right the first time. Big O Tires has never disappointed me.

It took over two hours to change four tires. The shop members were standing around talking. I heard them asking about breakfast, and then seen them eating it. They scratched my rims up bad, and when I confronted them nothing was even said. I will never return, and will recommend people to go anywhere else. If I could give negative stars I would do negative ten.

I called panicked because I was having car trouble with my tires not coming off the wheels.I needed new breaks and had brought the car in originally to a different store.The prior store told me that they couldn't help me if my tires were fused.I called Big O Tires and spoke to Jesse, who got me in immediately.From there we had to wait for parts to be transported while I was worried about getting done in time to pick up my small children.Upon receiving the parts, the service tech worked so hard that he was sweating so that I would not miss getting my children.The service was fast and fair.I really appreciated the touch of TLC they gave me in consideration of my predicament.

My wife waited an hour before anybody acknowledged that she was there. And couldn't find our information in the computer

I am a repeat customer and have always been very satisfied with their work and prices.

They have good prices and friendly employees ,but it took almost 3 hours to put 4 tires on when it should have taken less than 1 hour ,and no I didn't have to wait for another customer they took mine right in and started on it

I have been pleased at the times that I had my vehicle there.

I've been in twice and have left both times with sensors going off on my truck. The last time I had an oil change and they didn't put enough oil in it. The first time I had new tires put on and when I got in touch the sensor told me the tires had the wrong pressure. It didn't seem that any one had the time to mess with it that day so I had to make a return trip. Sorry but I won't return.

Always took care of our tires and oil changes

We took our vehicle in for new tires, alignment and an oil change. The tires and alignment are great but the oil change has gone terribly wrong and they are not trying to correct it. I've been a repeat customer and never would have thought I would receive this type of treatment due to their "mistake". I pray they get it right.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I walked the gentleman to my car showed him which tire was flat and they fixed the wrong tire completely. Ended up with flat again on weekend.

I had bought my tires and also purchased an alignment package at the Fayetteville, AR store. I had to go back multiple times and my wait time was very long each time. I decided to try the Springdale, AR location. It was the best customer service I've ever had at a tire store. They also got my truck alignment right the first time and my wait time was less in 45 mins. We definitely be going back to the Springdale location!
