Big O Tires

First one there. Was there to have a tire repaired and put back on my truck. I watched through the window. Raised the hood stood around BSing for about 20 minutes. I went to the counter and asked if they were ever going to get it fixed. Customer service was lousy. It gets worse each time I go in instead of improving. I have road side assistance with my tires through Big O. I called to have them take the flat off and put on the spare. They said would arrive within. 30 minutes. Hour and half past called again. They said well it shows where they dispatched I said well they never showed here I still have a flat on my truck. The next attempt went better the gentleman said possibly 40 minutes he arrived in 20.

They always provide fast, reliable service! I have purchased tires there and get my SUV serviced there.

I had to wait approximately 1 hr and 45 minutes for a simple oil change with only 1 other customer in the waiting area.They broke the oil filter cap on purpose without telling me before they did it because it was too tight to remove easily.

Left vehicle on Sunday and received call first thing Monday morning even though I didn't leave contact information. Gave me details of issue and when it could be picked up.

I brought in an axle to have the ujoint pressed out and replaced. They gave me the axle back with a large gash on the bearing seal surface. I did not notice this until I returned home to install. When I called, the service rep was was a bump on a log and provided no care at all

I like the Personal Service that I get when i go in, from the time I enter the front door till i Exit to my car

I will NEVER return. I don't appreciate people trying to sell automotive repairs that are NOT needed. There is enough honest repair work to do.

I was dissatisfied with my visit. I was in the shop on two different occasions and on both i was given excuses why they might not be able to do the job but when the job got done on the second occasion they ruined my center cap on my wheel and when I told the manager about it he said that's funny that shouldn't have happened that it didn't happen to the other three. Then I had to go back because the didn't put my lug nut key back in the truck and then couldn't find it because they put it in a pile of them so when they did give me one it wasn't the one they took out of my truck. Do to these issues I will not be using them again.

Lonnie and the crew at this Big O Tires were fantastic!! I came in, unexpectedly, for a flat repair and was immediately helped. While working on my vehicle they saw that I had an issue with another tire as well, Lonnie, the manager, came out and told me that they found another issue and asked if I wanted it fixed as well. They got both my tires done very quickly.The customer waiting area was clean, had free coffee and popcorn. The servicemen came in and checked on me periodically, asking if everything was ok and if I needed anything. There was a little area with some cars and blocks in case you have kids with you and need a sudden repair. It was warm, clean, and felt safe. It was in a separate room from the sales part so you weren't having to sit and listed to them try to sell you more than what you came for. It was nice. They were friendly, honest, and treated me with respect, not like I was just a dumb girl getting my car fixed. They were honest and really helped me out. They do more than just tires, and I can 100% assure you that whenever and whatever my car needs, Lonnie and his team are the ones I am going to go to!! They got a lifetime customer out of me and my family. I will not take my car to another place after the way they treated me and took care of me at Big O Tires in Springdale.

My name is Brett Blessing. I do a lot of business with you and my wife came in on Monday for an oil change, battery and tire rotation. She was charged 80 something dollars for her oil change. I brought my van in last week for service and was told about a bad wheel bearing and another loose piece but failed to check tire pressure or if they did they didn't bother adding air. I told the manager I would do my best to never do business with your store again.

Had daughter's car repaired. Entire staff was friendly, up front, and professional. All in all they saved me $160 by repairing the needed part in house rather than having the part shipped in the next day. Saved time and money

Manager was helpful. Tech was terrible... they installed the wrong tire sensor

Purchased set of 4 tires. Everything went great and on time.

Way to expensive.

Everything was good, Professionalism was out standing they just forgot to put my old tires back in the back of my truck. Did not catch it till I was back in Fayetteville. So it was partially my fault also.

I had priced a full set of cooper Rtx tires here and a full set of cooper atp at discount tires on Saturday. Big o did not include balance and rotation , 103.04 more whic put the tires price above discount tires. The sales person was Lelan wolf. Returned on Monday to try and match discount tires price as was the preferred price. They now had promo going . The price was better and now included balance rotation. This was with the manager. Tires were ordered and were there on Wednesday as promised . In phone conversation Friday was set up to mount the tires. I have long hours at work. Friday came and went to tires put on they could not find thr tires in the store several tries and more then half hour later they figured out the tires were not put in there system and were sold that mourning. Discount tires now have very happy coustermer and big o has this review

Very satisfied customer. Geat service and overall experience after one of the guys changed my flat and the next day I got a new tire. Superb customer service!
