Big O Tires

I was told to be back at the store at 11am to have my tires put on. I showed up at 11 and waited 3 hours to get my tires installed.

Great service and price very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was treated so badly that day I doubt I will ever visit that store again. When I picked up my car the oil change and spark plug change was $175 when I reacted in shock the guy said oh wait I forgot to recalculate the oil fill. It was then $155. Still in shock reaction I said does that include the 20% off for lady's day and he said no, you didn't tell me you wanted a discount. I said well I have always been told just show up on any thursday and I will get 20% off services because it is ladies day (my husband has been told same). He said I can give you a $5 coupon for next time. I said I don't want a coupon and I don't understand why I didn't get the 20%. His response was in a rude tone "lady I work 70 hours a week I don't have any idea what day it is. If you want a discount you better ask for it". I walked out. My husband just happened to be driving by and called me and I relayed the news to him. He whipped in the lot and went inside with me and demanded the discount. Of which we got $5. The man I dealt with was then trying to be very nice and apologetic but when it was just me he was very rude and creepy. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome and was very dismissive. When it is ladies day somewhere everyone should know it. You don't walk into a bar and ask for the ladies day special or anywhere else...They say it to you when YOU walk in! Also how is $5 back 20% off services of $155? My husband and I have been going to this location for a while because of the service (it isn't because it is cheap) but after that day and that jerk I will seriously have to reconsider my options!

I came in to get an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on, they told me it was a cylinder 3 miss fire and that I needed new spark plugs and spark plug wires so $400 later my car still has a cylinder 3 misfire and the check engine light is still on. Not the first time I have used this location the last time I spent over $600 on a bunch of unnecessary parts and labor that didn't fix the issue with my car I, a non mechanic took my car home jacked up my car and within 10 minutes found what was wrong with my car and it was the control arm for $120 I fixed the issue I came in for and spent $600 not to get it fixed I watched a YouTube video on how to change a control arm and it took me about 30 minutes to change it myself. I wouldn't recommend Big O tires to anyone especially someone that doesn't know a lot about cars they will try and sell you stuff you don't need and not fix the actual problem. I would recommend finding a family member or friend or to look it up on YouTube before waisting a ton of money.

I have been using Big O Tires for quite some time now and Lonnie, Andrew and Mun always remember me and have always given me a great deal to go along with great service.

Bought 4 new 100,000 mile tires from there with road hazard a 1 year + ago. Drove about 44,000 and had 3 flats in last 3 weeks. Last flat on busy highway, large nail. Manager refused to honor warranty. Said time to buy more tires, that he saw feathering on the tire and that no tires available for a Subaru would hold up to the couple of miles on a county dirt road we live on. Explained to him, the tire salesman we bought from at his store was informed when we were looking to buy tires that we live off a main highway on a dirt road and said these tires would work for that. He refused to honor the warranty. Went to another store and bought tires. They don't honor their warranties there.

ill never get tires from them again. there super rude and the tires suck for the high prices I paid. havent even had them 6 months and had to replace 2 and get one fixed. from a brand new 100k mile set of tires.
