Nice folks, made sure I understood best options.

Purchased my tires here (under prior management, I think) 2 years ago. I've not been impressed with the tires, however, the customer service is great. I will purchase tires here again, just with more knowledge of products and with the advice of the NEW sales team. Free tire rotations with purchase of tires. Quick, friendly service. No complaints.

I took my RV in for Rotating and Balance tires, customer service was excellent, explained that due to having aluminum and steel rims, tires would have to be dismounted and remounted to rotate them. Process was fast, and less expensive than I had figured.

It is obvious Big O Tire is about customer service. They do a great job communicating serving people. They will continue to have my business.

I always give Big-O a chance to better the competition and they always do. So far. No complaints.

Justin and Tabatha are the best ever. They great everyone with a smile and always are willing to take the time and intently listen to my concerns. These 2 are an asset to this company. Make sure the big boys at the main office know how valuable these 2 are. They deserve more than what is being paid since they have been inherent in this stores profit growing.

I needed a quick tire patch/plug. Can't remember his name, but he had an Australian accent - he was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. They checked the fluids and gave me a couple of recommendations which I will most likely come back to have them complete. Thank you.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I enjoyed the waiting area and setup. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restroom was tidy. During checkout the office manager was friendly and informative about an issues that was found during the inspection and even suggested the most cost effective way to go about making repairs on a given time line.
