I was referred by a friend for brake inspection to Big O Tires and was not disappointed! Justin visually checked all my brakes and recommended the front brakes to be replaced and to wait on the rear brakes. He also inquired about my routine fluid changes suggested by the manufacturer of which I had not thought about and certainly had not completed. I scheduled the brake and fluid change services for the next day and my car was promptly serviced upon my arrival at that time. I believe Justin provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision to have my vehicle properly serviced at a fair and reasonable price. I do not believe at any time, that he was trying to sell me or schedule me for items my vehicle did not need. This is a welcomed feeling when an opportunist might otherwise take advantage of someone that was not fully aware of vehicle maintenance requirements. Big O Tires will be my "one stop shop" for most all my vehicle needs in the future. I highly recommend this business to anyone who requires vehicle service or repair.

They took good care of me. Josh Newman was amazing this morning, he let me know about the fact that my tire was still under warranty, and took care of me. Tabitha Martinez was awesome while ringing me up and the end of the whole thing.

I had a tire weight come off. Jesse had my car inside in minutes, balanced all my tires, told me to come back in 5000 mile to rotate them and checked my alignment! Great

Friendly and accommodating staff. Went out of the way for accommodations.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated last weekend. This team is so easy to work with. I remembered that my park lights weren't working and they got right on it, discovered the bulbs were burned out and had some delivered and then they installed them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Everyone was friendly and the time it took to get everything done was very important to us. They got us in quickly and did a great job.
