Great ppl at both locations Fayetteville and Springdale AR locations

They got me right in without any delay. Put my new tires on in record time and my truck was as clean as it was when I brought it in.

Assist manager did an awesome job getting the job done being short handed.

Big O Tires did an oil change service for my vehicle. The team at Big O called me to check to make sure it was ok to put in a new air filter.

Jamal was very friendly As soon as i walked in he acknowledged me instantly and was very courteous.

I called to check on in-stock situation and Ethan was fully knowledgeable and helpful. He got me scheduled for the first thing the next morning. They took my car in immediately and when they found an issue (locked lug nuts) they explained the situation , possible issues in resolving and what they planned to resolve. All went according to their plan and I was done in less than 90 minutes. The entire team was friendly and (important to see as a customer), they clearly communicated well together and we’re working as a team to serve me.

The bathroom was a little nasty but as far as the service is concerned, the guys were amazing, super nice and very fast. Wonderful!!

Justin helped me with my vehicle. There were quite a few things wrong with my vehicle other than what I had brought it in for. He was very kind and took the time to explain what was going on and what my most pressing repairs were. We came up with a plan to cover the issues that were the biggest safety risks and he gave me a quote for the work that could be done at a later date. This is the second time I've brought my Jeep to the Springdale location and they caught an issue I didn't know I had. I'm very appreciative of that.

I enjoy going to the Springdale, AR store because the staff is professional and knowledgeable about my 2006 Trailblazer. The technicians are thorough with every service.

Overall I had a good time while being at big o tires and am highly satisfied with how they left my truck would not take it to someone else but big o tires
