Kevin worked on my truck taking some spring blocks out so the rear would sit down lower to make it possible to hitch my 5th wheel to the truck and have the 5th wheel sit level. This was on a brand new truck with just over 500 miles on it. Kevin did an excellent job with great results. Thank you

Took truck in for rotation. I wasn't familiar with the Big O brand but have been delighted with tires and service from the Bentonville store.

Absolutely great service. Fourth time here for patches/new tires. Always take care of the issue and communicate clearly. Would 10/10 recommend this location over any other tire service place in Bentonville.

Quick service

Speed/ Drop off time. Communication via txt (service updates and communication).

I had special issues with my 2005 F150's shifter and 4 wheel drive in addition to the normal service. The issues are being repaired. Very professional and friendly shop. All the personnel I met were very helpful. So far, I have only good things to say about this shop!
