Big O Tires

I am disabled and on Friday afternoon after a very busy day and I was in a lot of pain, my granddaughter and I discovered my tire was almost flat. We managed to get it aired up and started to try and find a place still open to fix it. We happened to see your store on J Street. The person that looked at it and took my information was so polite and nice. Your staff had us back on the road in a short time. I appreciated it so much. Thank you to the guys at Big O Tires on J Street.

Thank you for checking all brakes, fixing the malfunction according to warranty, and being helpful the whole way through. The warranty goes a long way with me.

I called Big O Tires to let them know I was on my way there. Just letting them know that a tow truck would have me there in 10 minutes. The shop was busy, but I still had a short time to wait for the flat to be replaced. Thank you.

I moved here recently and had to find a new car service provider. Previously, I had a family friend who owned a business and could trust that I was being taken care of for my repair needs. I was worried about ever finding something similar here. But, in the three times I've take my vehicles to Big O Tires, I feel like I have found someone who is interested in me as a long term customer - not someone to take advantage of. In my most recent visit, they told me that the brake noise I was hearing was due to some loose caliper bolts and that everything else looked good. They ordered in new bolts as they were stripped but, since it was such a simple fix, they did not charge me the labor to replace them. I appreciate their customer focused service and will be back for all my car care needs.

Manager was great, very friendly and helpful. Went to get me a replacement air filter because it was taking too long for the vendor to deliver.

I gave a four on product knowledge and expertise because after installing a tire pressure monitor valve stem, my Chrysler Town and Country van still showed that the system needed to be serviced. The tech had programmed the replacement and didn't know why the system hadn't reset. He suggested I drive it for a while to see if it would. On my way home, I hit reset on my computer control panel and the error light disappeared from both my computer readout and on my dashboard. All-in-all, the service was excellent and I have no complaints, but I wanted you to know why I gave a 4 on that particular category. What happened would not make me less likely to deal with Big O in the future.

Customer service was great! Answered all of my questions. Was patient with questions. This was my 2nd vehicle that I have taken to them in within 2 weeks. The Bentonville store is great!

Unlike some other shops, I feel that at Big O my vehicles are in good, knowledgeable hands. These appear to be people who have a passion for cars, not workers scrounging for a job anywhere they can get one. Professionals.

Bryce and the staff at the Bentonville were very helpful and friendly. I also felt very confident in their skill set. The wait time was an hour for the install and balance, which was very acceptable.

Quick service, friendly knowledgeable people

It was great to find a shop that opens at 7 am. I had to get some new tires installed. So I was able to drop off my car and pick it up an hour later! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was charged a fair price that was followed up buy quality service.

The guys were able to get me in & assess the issue, then helped with last minute transportation to an important meeting & back to the shop... very helpful & friendly service!
