I came into the store with a quote I had done online and the guys that were there were, so helpful. I didn't have an appointment but they didn't care! They had the tires I wanted instock and got me a great deal! While I left my Tahoe there for them to put the tires on, I got a friendly call telling me I needed one more thing and asked if it was okay to do it.

Purchased four new tires awhile ago, with the road hazard coverage and very happy I did. This is the second time I've gotten a flat fixed (at no charge), due to nails and screws. I sure do enjoy the fast friendly service. Great job guys!

I needed an alignment and I called four different locations Big O Tires got me in the same day at 10:30 in the morning I showed up at 9:00 to drop it off and had a friend take me home and they called me and it was ready to pick up at 10:00 in the morning before my appointment was scheduled. Highly satisfied. Thank you.
