I can’t say enough good things! My family were on the way to the lake when we got a flat on the boat trailer. Cameron and associates went above and beyond to help us get the tire changed and saved our weekend!

I came in for a front-end alignment and the results were fantastic. The customer representative at the front desk was very knowledgeable and informative. The technician who performed the alignment was very professional and did a perfect job.

The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Found what we needed after the dealer couldn’t.

Went in for an alignment since I had new tire rods installed on all 4 wheels. The store allowed me to leave the car on the premises overnight so they can get it in the bay first thing the next morning. I am not for sure who the gentlemen were, working inside the space, There were two. The both were friendly and courteous. One of them was dealing with an upset customer and he handled himself very well. He was very professional. Yes, i would go back.

I had a tire losing air and was happy to make it to the location. The staff were quick to get my tire replaced. They were kind and courteous. I have been recommending them to family, friends and co-workers. Great place, people and service.

I was traveling from Maryland and got a flat on the day before Easter at 3pm. I was due to leave the area the next morning early in the morning and was certain that I was going to have to wait a few extra days because I wouldn't be able to get the tires changed. I called Big O Tires and they were able to get me in to the shop within 10 minutes and they even stayed 30 minutes late in order to get it done for me. I can't say how thankful I am. These guys were great.

Professional and quick. I purchased my tires with warranty in KS and there were no questions or concerns with my warranty being honored.

I wish I remembered the guys name who helped me, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about your products and your warranties. I will be back to buy tires and get a brake job here soon. I appreciate the company not trying to oversell the people who choose yall for their service and I feel like it will bring more customers back. Once again I was very impressed by the professionalism and the customer service shown by all the employees at this store.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the check in process was great. I was very impressed with the 5 year alignment option and tire warranty. My truck was ready to pick up when they said it would be. The counter person was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The tires are working great too. A++
