This is one of the few shops where everyone is honest and I would trust them to perform any service needed.

The service and time it took to install my new tire was excellent

The guys behind the counter were friendly and professional. I was needing work done on a Saturday and was working within a time limit. They jumped right on it and got me an alignment and 4 tires worked into the schedule and got me on the road within 2 hours.

The tires I actually wanted weren't available so I was given a tire of more value recommended by the staff for the same price. I was also informed I needed an alignment which the manager took care of himself

So as I stated last time Jamal is the reason I keep coming back. He is helpful, knowledgeable, willing to help in anyway, remembers my kids and treats me like a person not a number to get in and out. Again, if Jamal is not there I don't go in. You need more people like Jamal to keep business going and growing.

The price is affordable

Jamal was professional and service oriented. Anthony, the manager, is another reason I will bring my cars to his store in the future. Thanks.

I had tread shred off a spare tire with a flat in the bed! I crippled it to Big O simply because they were closest. However I am glad they were. The entire experience was great. They let me bring my dog inside and just liked it all. Great job!

The tires I had ordered did not come is as promised and when I arrived I was told this and the assistant manager on duty told me they would make another set of tires that were of better value would replace the ones I had ordered and would be at the same price, which I took and was very pleased with the service I received.

Purchase warranty package that included tire rotation and alignment check up every 5000 miles. I have utilized this service 3 times so far and very pleased with the results. I have called and scheduled my visits in advance. I am in and out each time within an hour, and utilize my time waiting in the clean and airy facility to catch up on business correspondence. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient at all their tasks,whether in the showroom or in garage working on vehicles.
