Big O Tires

Employee went beyond what I could have imagined toward helping me resolve a problem that resulted from my lapse in judgment (bought a set of tires from another business). In my former home state of Kentucky, over the years of dealing with Big O Tires, I had come to expect a high level of service but didn't believe to find the same upon my relocation to Arkansas. I must say, the service I received this visit was truly exceptional. What kind, professional staff!

The cost of the repairs I need were pretty high but I feel was fair, especially on the labor. Google has the store closing at 6 but they actually close at 5. Somebody stayed and waited for me to get there and get my car. Fantastic service.

My only irritation is that i have to leave my vehicle instead of wait on it.

I scheduled on line; and pre-selected my tires, and install date. I received a phone call 3 days prior offering an earlier install if I wanted it! Super easy, friendly & professional. The install guy EVEN complimented on how good the tires looked on my truck! Thanks gang!

the only issue I had was I bought new tires.....my wife run into a curb and it cut the tire......I had her call BIG O TIRES and let them know about our problem.....and that we had the 3 year warranty and road service warranty....we were told that they were short handed and they could not come fix it....but gave us the name of who to do the repair/road service. We had that company do the work...we paid the bill, and then my wife took our vehicle in and got a new tire......but she was questioned about the repair bill that we were asking to be paid....I did not understand that, since we were directed to use that company and we called that company.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires for multiple cars at the Big O Tires in Bentonville. My last trip was to get tires for my son's truck and get a tire rotation and balance on my own truck. AS always, the staff was helpful and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicles and promptly notified when they were ready.

Got everything done in a timely way

The staff were fantastic and answered all of the questions that we had regarding the alignment and fixing of our two flat tires.

The person who checked me in was very kind and professional. He explained they didn't have the oil in stock for my VW but they would get some from Auto Zone and it wouldn't take long. My car was finished very quickly, and the checkout process was smooth. The price was much less than what I pay at the dealership and the service was much faster. Both employees I worked with were kind and professional. I will definitely be back.
