Kevin (store associate) was friendly, knowledgable and kept me informed on the process of the build out (rims/ tires/ lift-level). Great job! Kyle (district manager), very knowledgeable and offered up his personal and professional advice on what tires, rims and size of the lift-level kit. He also dropped me off at my office and picked up after the job was completed. I will definitely be getting additional service on my kids truck (lift-level) as well as will start bringing all five of my vehicles to this location! Your team did a great job...start to finish!

Rotate and balance after 1st 5000 miles on my Big O, Big Foot's and A/C recharge before our family vacation. Service was awesome, they shuttled me back to work then picked me up while they performed the work.

I knew I needed new tires. I set up an appointment for the following day and they called me the morning of my appointment to let me know they were ordering them. It was so nice to get that phone call instead of having to go in to find out. Everyone there was extremely nice and I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you for your prompt service as well. I wasn't there for a long time. They got me in and out without any issues. I appreciated everything they did.

I bought some Michelin tires 6/2018 they have lasted 74k miles and still have plenty of life left. I had a flat and took it to be repaired at Big O and they took it in repaired it free of charge no questions asked. I inquired about what date I originally purchased the tires and they service writer was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back for my second set of the same Michelin defender 80k mile warranty tires
