Big O Tires

Young man did a great job. I can't recall his name at this time but he did good.

The young man that checked me in and communicated with me throughout the process was very polite and helpful. Please let him know. I will continue to use Big O for my oil change and tire service as I have for the past two years.

This is the 3rd time I have visited BIG O TIRES and I have to say the service is always excellent with little to no waiting time. Estimates provided are very competitive and they have a wide variety of tires available.

Y'all were nice and interested in my concerns. Explanation was easy to understand, and you met me at my level of understanding. That takes effort, and I appreciate it.

The Team in Bentonville is always courteous and professional. they took care of on time and addressed all my needs.

My son had bad breaks and he let me know last minute before he had to leave and go home. We called several places around town and they said they couldn't get to it until the following week. We called Big O and they said the same thing, however after hearing the story, he said, "bring it on and and lets get that taken care of, even if we have to stay late". This was due to the safety of my son. Words can't express how grateful I am to you guys. Something like that is what I will continue to come back for, no matter the cost. Great Customer Service, Great Prices!

Cameron was an ANGEL car marys had my car for 5 weeks and didn’t communicate with me or even fix everything they were supposed to, Cameron sympathized with my concerns about time and clearly communicated with me all day they only had my car for 4 hours and fixed everything that needed fixing and I’m sure I drove them up a wall calling so much but he was kind and kept me updated and stress free the whole time

Friendly, Fast Service!

Great experience and very helpful staff. Darryl did an outstanding job. I went in looking for tires for 3 vehicles and a great discount. Darryl was able to make it happen. Had a few other things that needed repaired on each vehicle. They let me know about those but were not pushy at all like I've witnessed with other shops. They were able to work with my schedule and provided a shuttle to and from work. Highly recommended shop
