The tires were well described to me. Shane gave me several options and explained pros and cons. Called me once with a clarifying question. Shane was very helpful. Friendly yet very clear in the details for the different tires. He covered wear life and tread design. Shane has great customer service skills.

turns out I needed a belt for my corvette, but they said it would be a waste unless another existing problem wasnt fixed first by the dealer, they could have just put belts on and said nothing. I didnt know they did more than tires. Now I know.

The oil change for my bmw runs around $140 at Big O Tires I paid $97. Was very satisfied with price and their work!!

Everything went much better than I anticipated. I have absolutely no complaints. The associates went above and beyond my expectations.

I arrived 10 minutes after closing on Saturday with an active oil leak. They still checked me in and put my truck inside for first thing Monday morning. I was stressed but that ended 1 minute after I walked in the door. They called right away Monday morning and had it done before noon. Running great.
