Big O Tires

Rather than drive to Fayetteville to get service on my Outback, I tried Big-O and was very satisfied.

I went in for a free oil change and during the process they discovered a front tie rod was going out. I had them replace at this location 6 months before and they were able to find the replacement the next day and I was able to get the service done quickly!

Everyone was very professional. Did exactly what you told me. Actually went beyond my expectations. Awesome job. Thanks.

my wife was at rogers mercy in cardiac icu when i had two flat tires. i needed tires at that moment in order to feed my animals in mt vernon mo. a trip i needed to make daily. your man cameron paschal got me in after 5pm and out before 630pm i told him my price range he nailed it thank you for you service. thank you cameron your a good man

I am very pleased with the performance and expertise of Anthony, manager, and Jesse, employee for identifying a very difficult problem. After getting a new set of tires from Big O Inoticed a very slow leak in my left front tire. I brought the car bak about a month after the new tires were installed and the problem was diagnosed as a leaking valve and the valve was replaced. After about another month I had to continually add air to the tire. I brought it back this week and your team reported that they had fixed the problem it was another leaking valve. I questioned whether that was the solution since it was not likely that both valves had been leaking. Here's the good part. Jesse agreed and chose to check again. He pulled the car back into the bay and upon closer inspection, he discovered a leak in the wheel very close to the valve stem. Armed with this information, I took the car back to the dealer and they agreed to replace the wheel. Without Jesse's dedicated effort the problem would not have been solved. My complements to your staff for going above and beyond the call.

Friendly and were able to accommodate me and fix my brakes even though I didn't have an appointment.

I wont biy tired any where else. They have excellent warranties and they take care of you. We had a minor problem after I bought my new tires and 1 call and a trip back there and they fixed it with smiles. Great guys. Great service.

A friend rebuilt the front suspension of my vehicle. Apparently he didn’t torque a lot of the new parts. Initially I didn't understand; I’d driven it over 50mi from his place to mine, then to Big-O. I blamed the poor guys here as it fell apart as I tried to leave. I was afraid of what happened and how much it would cost. but it wasn’t their fault - it was my friend’s - but I was too stupid to get it at first. Providence saved me in not being able to drive it so dangerously away. These guys were ultra professional (although they might have been cursing me in their minds). Checked everything and were watching out for me and my safety. Explained every step of the way. Great price - so much lower than the scary numbers I’d conjured in my head. Applied for the Big-O card online while I waited, and used it to pay when the work was done. I’ve never been here, but I’m sending everyone I know here now. I went from being wary to being a real believer. Why go anywhere else?
