I was greeted by Dalton who has taken care of me before. He listened to my problem and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to inspect my tire (flat). I left the tire there. Once he had the diagnosis on the tire, he called and gave me the recommendation and the price. We agreed and I brought the car back for installation of the new tire and replacing the spare iin its place under the car. This is the best service received from Big-O. Our family has bought several sets tires in the past, and will do so in the future. Keep up the good work!
