I went to Big O Tires in Bentonville AR as I was having alignment issues on my truck that is equipped with an aftermarket suspension system. I was greeted by Stephen May (Kiwi) I explained the issues I was having, I noted that he listened very intently, he then introduced me to tech Daniel Nichols, he quickly recognized my suspension system, which made feel very good as there are not a lot of these in our area. Daniel asked the right questions, which right away made me feel very good as it showed his knowledge and experience, this made me feel very much at ease and I knew right away that my issue would be resolved.. Daniel went to work and let me observe, he was able to quickly address the problems, we took the truck for a test drive and problem solved... My truck is back to driving as it should... I could not be more happy with my experience at Big O Tires in Bentonville.. The lobby was clean, guys were friendly and very knowledgeable... The shop was very much the same, very clean, organized and safe... I would have zero issues making a positive referral to anyone to go see the guys in Bentonville...

Great overall

The manager was very knowledgeable as to what the specific needs of my 1991 Z71. He help me with a tire purchase a few weeks prior but it was late in the day so he asked me to come back and he would check the front in for me. Turns out it was off so they aligned it. I will definitely take all of my vehicles to them from now on and highly recommend them.

The staff member that helped me was knowledgeable about his job. He was also willing to take me out into the shop and show me what he was talking about with my tires. He was friendly, inviting, and smart.

I went to one of your competitors before hand and they gave me a line of bull with too high of a price than what was quoted. I stopped in and couldn’t of been treated better by the staff. The manager there seem like he was having a bad day though.

Dakota was very knowledgeable. I waited too long to replace my tires they were pretty bald. I use my pickup for work and have a big road trip planned for Monday. Where I’m going was covered with snow. He helped me pick the right tires and got them the next day from Tulsa. I really appreciated getting the tires I needed in the time frame I needed.
