A sales person, Dakota, that knew what he was talking about and could explain all steps and costs in detail.

I needed tires the day before leaving on vacation. Correct tire size/brand were in stock and were installed quickly.

I did a survey a while back, probably over a year ago. It was not a good experience for me this trip. I left a bad review and did receive a call from the manager. I do believe that has been quite a bit of turnover at the Bentonville location. Everyone there this time was on top of their game. I waited longer than I wanted or had planned to. I made my appt for 1, arrived at 12:30 and didn't get out until 2:30 so it did take longer than it should have. However, this time, when I got in my car, there was not oil smudges on the steering wheel or my driver door, etc. It was a much better experience and I do believe your on the right track. The manager offered me a free service on my next visit and said he would flag it in the computer. He didn't do that but it was probably because I told him I didn't want something free. I expected better customer service and people to treat my car like it was their own. I feel like things are on the right track.

Had the need to take my Ford Explorer in to the new Bentonville AR Store. The customer service at this store starts the minute you walk in. I was greeted by Anthony LaTorre, Store Manager and I immediately felt at ease. Sometimes being a woman going into a tire shop or mechanics it can feel strange. But Anthony took his time to explain EVERYTHING to me until I totally understood. He was able to get the parts quickly and my car was repaired. They provide a nice clean, safe waiting area.Thank you Anthony for being so caring and kind to an 'old lady' who needed help.I WILL always go back to Big O Tires in Bentonville with all my car or tire needs all because of the care and compassion of Anthony and his crew.

The team did a good job of communicating expectations to me and that is a big part of satisfaction with me... I do miss the good old days when the store was new and not swamped all the time, but that is the nature of the business... I also appreciate you as an owner striving to have good teams at your stores... I used to know all of the folks by name at the Bentonville location and the management and the crew turned over completely a year or two ago, so it has taken awhile for me to go back as often... but I realize there were probably reasons that needed to happen... I have been treated well by the team at Springdale as well...

I went in for new tires for a Charger, because I had put in tires earlier this year on an my Altima. Glen is an excellent employee, always makes my daughter and I welcome anytime we go in for an oil change. Absolutely love the service.

Service is always top notch!

We called to see if they had our truck tire in stock and if they could get them on soon as we had a flat and 3 other tires needing attention. They answered the phone quickly and were able to get our tires changed out but also re align the truck all within 2 hours. Service was excellent along with the best price we could find on short notice.

Easy service appointment at 9am and out of there by 9:45am. Cant beat that

I work for CEI Engineering Associates in Bentonville, AR and had a virtual meeting with Jeff from NuQuest Development today. I wasn't even aware of Big O Tires in this area. Upon meeting with Jeff, I ended my day at work only to find that I had a screw in my tire that resulted in a flat. After airing my tire up with a coworker's help I was afraid to make the trip home and wanted to get it repaired asap. Inconvenience and cold led me to a quick google search to tire centers near me. Coincidentally, there was a Big O nearby and I chose it immediately. I was not disappointed. The pricing, friendliness of the staff and speed of the process was very satisfactory. Thank you for staying late to serve me!
