All the friendly fellows kept me company while I waited and Mike up all the technician did a wonderful job everything is as it should be and I'm worried about nothing!!!

They replaced my clutch at a competitive rate and the staff was absolutely incredible. They answered all my questions, kept me in the loop on anything things that came up, and have me a great deal!

I have been going to tire shops for many many years, but the Big O store in Bentonville, AR is by far the BEST I have ever been to. The Manager there, Anthony, has more knowledge than any manager I have ever met. He will give you the info straight, will not hide anything, then hit you up for it when the job is done. I have had front end work done by them, tires, oil and lube, and other items. If they can do it, they get my business!!!! I don't even think about going to another place.I do not even check prices because I know that Anthony will give me the best price he can. And in today's world that means a HUGE difference. The quality of their tires is unmatched in my opinion.Thank you for having a store close enough for me to use!

Stunned by the exceptional customer service here!! Jessie was so kind and compassionate when I was in a real bind. I was having to rush from my day job in Rogers to my evening shift all the way in Fayetteville. The tread on my tire had come completely off, down to its core on the way-causing some major damage. I was really working on borrowed time. I let them know my situation and they got me in and out of there in less than twenty minutes. There were a few other personal kinks that they more than worked with me on and gave me the best deal possible!! Coming from a single mom with two daughters (that has been working tirelessly to try and give them a good Christmas) this really took the wind out of my sails and disheartened me today. Their willingness to work with me on the price and stellar ethics here really blew me away. The people here seem to me to be very nice, very honest, genuine, dependable folks. 5 stars for me!

The staff at this location are great. I believe the guy who answers the phone is Dakota. He is always helpful and answers all questions. I have 2 vehicles they have serviced and I'm pleased with the results.
