I bought tires in March 2020, and shortly after realized something was wrong with one of the tires. Took the car back in and Jesse and his team realized it was a defective tire. Since it was under warranty they replaced the tire. On the way home, I realized there was an extreme amount of vibration when accelerating or stopping. Took the car back the next day. Discovered both front struts needed to be replaced. Got those replaced and an alignment. On my way home discovered the car kept pulling to the right. Went back the next day and discovered I had received another defective tire. After my 4th day there, Jesse and his team not only replaced the defective tire but replaced all of my tires at no charge with an upgrade for my inconvenience. Amazing customer service and will definitely be returning and telling everyone how amazing the team at store #3002 is.

Very nice experience all around

Everyone was friendly and helpful, service was fast and easy and the facility was clean as could be.

Scheduled appointment online, dropped off car, and it was ready for pickup within a couple of hours. Clean shop, friendly staff.

I have used them more than once. They do a wobderful job.

What impressed me most about the visit was the fact the the tech noticed and informed me of an issue that i knew about already but to previous shops completely missed while they were servicing the vehicle. So a big shout out to the techs at this location for actually paying attention to the vehicle that they are working on.

I was taken care of in a very professional manner.

They found the cause of the slow leak (a screw) and had it down in the time I expected.

Kevin was my service technician. I had already taken my car to another shop for service that was not completed correctly. I brought my car to Big O and Kevin took care of my balancing issue and even programmed by TPMS sensors without being asked to. Very nice & professional and I was only at the shop for about 15-20 minutes. The speed of service was amazing. I highly recommend Big O to all of my friends and I am very involved in the car community of Northwest Arkansas and am president of a car club myself.

Customer service manager did an excellent job. It was my first time coming to Big'O and now I'll be a future customer and bring my vehicle here for everything.

Dakota took great care of me, explaining options and scheduling the service. He was flexible when my primary appointment time had to change, and was very polite. This is the 2nd time that I have had Big O level a vehicle for me, and I'm always happy with the results. The team took good care of my truck and it looks great. Thank you guys for an awesome job! The truck looks aggressive, but not "Douchebaggy". Appreciate everything you did and your patience through the process.

My only complaint is they don't reset the tire and engine lights after they do the work.

Needed an appointment after close for the next morning was able to get it set up and going right away. Staff greeted me by name as I am a usual there and made me feel welcomed and got right to work on the issue!
