Big O Tires

Had several issues with the new tires on balance, They replaced 3 of the tires and all is great now. Great job guy's

staff seemed knowledgeable about their product. Listened to me regarding the needs i had for tires and directed me accordingly

They changed the oil in my RV quickly so I could get back on the road.

I just bought my car a couple of weeks ago and the Tire Pressure Light came on. I brought my car to Big O asking is they could check my tires to make sure I did not have a leak. They were great. They told me it was probably due to the recent cold weather, but to leave it with them and they would check it out. They called me about 30 minutes later to let me know that all 4 tires plus the spare were low due to the cold weather but they checked them for leaks, put them in the dunk tank, and aired them up including the spare and did not charge me for any of that great service. I will be going back to Big O!

Anthony and team always works hard for the customer. Even with new employees, Anthony made sure my truck was done in a timely manner.

They got it done right the first time. I have no doubts that the technicians did a fabulous job. I was less satisfied with the clerk because he was not positive (nor negative) and had no energy. He should have noticed my age and asked if this was my first time getting new tires (it was). However, he did explain the 3 year warranty on my tires; which I was overjoyed to hear because I dumped three months of savings on these tires. I'm sure I'll be taking advantage of it because there's so much construction going on.
