My vehicle was dropped off by another unrelated type of service firm. I had called ahead to set up the appointment. They checked out the issue and had it ready within a couple of hours, called me to explain what they found and since I had bought the tires from Big O there was no charge. I will continue to do business with them for tires and similar work until my vehicle is out of warranty and they use them to handle normal service needs from that point on.

Friendly and professional staff. This is the 4th time I have bought tires from Big O...I will return for the continued tire maintenance visits.
