The Big O Tires team was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and services.

Staff were all well mannered, clean and neat in their appearence, facility was well kept and clean. Staff were knowledgable and polite. Didn't feel like a number waiting in a line. Staff also communicated well with me on items found during process of service.

I enjoyed my wait in their waiting room and the timing on the work done. I will definitely go back.

Anytime I experience a problem with my car, I always take it to Bentonville's Big O. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They also don't try to tell you "something else is wrong with your car and you need to fix it" like most shops do! They listen to what I am experiencing and they explain what's wrong in a way that I understand.

They took care of my tire problem quickly adjusted tire pressure in all tires the complete job was completed very quickly I will recommend them to all my friends and family

I was stuck in Bentonville 200 miles from home driving on a donut with a ruined tire and three others that were reaching the end of their service life. After trying four different shops that all told me they didn't stock Michelins in my size of tire (205x65x-6) and that they'd have to order. I spoke with Glen at Big O who found a similar sized tire that would still work. A couple of hours later, I had four new tires on my car and was back on the road. No other shop would consider thinking outside the box. All they wanted to do was let their service book do the thinking for them. Glen was a problem solver and he got the business. I've never done business with Big O before but I will going forward.
