Big O Tires

I called before I came in told them what I needed and I needed them on that day. Person I spoke with looked outside their store, found some in Springdale, they went and picked them up. Got there an hour early to my appointment. They were busy, but still got me right in, while I waited. I was in and out in just under an hour. No problems, no issues.

I also use Firestone but big o is more female customer service oriented.

Jamal is the best. Awesome at keeping me loyal to Big O.

Dakota, the employee who helped me, was great. He got me in quickly on a Saturday, even though they were fairly busy, and I felt like the work was done promptly and well. Everyone here is always super nice!
