The clerk greeted me. Asked me how he could help me. Took my information. I didn’t have an appointment but was able give me an eta and squeeze me into their schedule. Great service. Would highly recommend this store.

I have been using Big O Tires ever since they opened a location in Bentonville. The staff and quality of service is fantastic.

I purchased the tires a little while ago . I had one pick up a screw in the sidewalk I took it to them they ordered a replacement and took care of it as they said they would . They stood behind there work

I was impressed at how quick the service was. Price was more than I wanted to pay for 2 tires but the warranty on them was helped me decide to buy them anyway.

Lanny is great... the team there always is thorough and tends to over-deliver on when your vehicle will be ready. I find this team and store to be well run. No complaints.

Prompt courteous service.

I had to use the roadside service to have my tire changed. The service man said he would be to my house in 1 hour however he was here and gone in less than 1 hour. He apologized for being late because he had two calls ahead of me. He changed my tire and put air in my spare so I could make it to the service center. Then I took my car in to repair the flat, rotate tires, and check alignment. This is the first time I've had to use roadside service and it was exceptional service. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends

I like that with Bentonville Big O Tires every time I walk in I am greeted by name. The whole staff is nothing but friendly and they care about the safety of you and your car! They have not once said "you need to fix this" when in reality there was never an issue. I always ask to have Danny Nichols work on my car. He is wonderful at what he does and gets it done in a timely fashion so I am not having to wait around for my car. If I have concerns he listens to every word and helps me understand what is going on while he is working on my car. Definitely a great asset to Big O!
