The staff at the Bentonville Big O is always friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. That includes a willingness to discount/adjust costs in order to correct issues.

Professional service. The mechanic thoroughly inspected my car. Darryl was in charge of the customer area and relayed information to me. The work was done and I left feeling grateful that they were making sure that I was safe on the road and that the necessary work was diagnosed properly. Excellent customer service.

I had a flat tire. My tire was fixed promptly. I was very pleased.

I walked into your lobby on a Monday morning-during a holiday week. I was greeted promptly, they took my vehicle and serviced my issue. I had a screw in my tire-that ended up not puncturing the wheel. They aired up my tires, and promptly returned my vehicle to me. This service was quick, my need was addressed beyond my expectations, and delivered with a smile by all associates. Highly appreciated as a local small business owner myself!
