Big O Tires

As always, your guys were great! I brought my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered me a free alignment check. My back tires need to be aligned. I was just a few days out of warranty and they did it for free! Great customer service Is the reason I keep coming back.

I had a nail in my tire and they were quick to get it in, repaired it very quickly and got me back on the road. It was my first time to a Big O Tire store but it won't be my last. Great service

Had the best customer service experience at my local Big O Tires. This was my first time purchasing a new set of tires and was very nervous about it. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and recommending tires that fit both my budget and needs. He was I didn't feel pressured to pick a tire right away and when I did choose a tire, I was able to schedule an appointment for a day and time that worked for my schedule. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service! Only issue was I had an 8:00am appointment and vehicle wasn't pulled in shop until 8:20am.

I use Big O for all 4 of my cars. Some cars are old and some are new. They are quick and reliable. The tires are great and good prices.

I had to get a tire repair, and the employees worked diligently to get it fixed and me back on the road asap.

They where great to deal with. I had a set of aftermarket wheels with tires already mounted and balanced for my ram 1500. A shop I will not name wanted to charge $25 per wheel to remove my stock wheels, put them in the bed for my truck and bolt the aftermarket ones on. Big-O did it for $27 bucks out the door. Other shop was trying to charge me mount and balance rates for tires already mounted and balanced. I will be going back to Big-O for sure.

I had new brakes installed, when my wife paid, it was higher than i thought due to on line advertisement. I went back in to question the bill and took a copy of the internet coupon. They agreed that the coupon was valid, however i did not present it prior to work being completed. I figured i had just screwed up and had to learn from my mistake. To my surprise, i had a message on my phone fron Anthony, when i called him back, he informed me that they would give me a partial credit. I understand they were not required to give me a credit, and they did so in order to keep their customers happy. I have learned my lesson, always present coupon before work begins. Thamk you Anthony and Big O.

Wonderful Experience. Went thereon Black Friday late afternoon, wanted 4 new tires for Grandson's car, they had them put them on quickly and professionally and even gave us a $50 discount

The staff at the Bentonville Big O is always friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to satisfy their customers. That includes a willingness to discount/adjust costs in order to correct issues.

2nd time that I purchased tires here. Pleased with the service and communication.

Honest and straightforward with pricing. They quoted me 90$ and was just that. They tried to save me money anywhere they could. Had a quote elsewhere and was 200$+ for the same thing

Came in this week to get my tires balanced. Customer service was fantastic, and the wait wasn't too bad either.
