This is the tire shop of NWA. I have used others and greatly regretted it. I wish I found this shop a long time ago. They are friendly and professional. That are fast. I was quoted an hour wait. All the other shops requested up to four days. These guys had me back on the road in 20 minutes. It was also less than half the price of other shops. Thank you Big O Tires. I will be back soon to buy a set of tires.

Courteous staff in a clean and well maintained environment. Technician provided quick check of my tire and advised me effectively. A replacement tire was ordered and installed the next day. Pricing was very competitive. Speed of service for the installation of the new tire was acceptable. I am pleased with Big O Tire and their people.

The whole team working there that day, were very helpful and informative. They were able to answer every question I had, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, (shopping, paperwork, and all) they also had good attitudes. When you are about to spend that much it puts a downer on your day but they made the experience better.

Anthony and Daryl were very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Daryl even waited for us to pick up pur car after the shop closed on Sat!! Thank you for taking such good care of us. Great experience for a first time customer!!

Great customer service

My husband passed away in July this year. So I felt I HAD to go some place he had trusted to get work done on my 2015 Equinox.I knew I needed an oil change and possibly other stuff done. I made an appt for Saturday and down I went. I live in Exeter MO so it is over an hour drive for me. Anthony met me and greeted me! He put my mind at ease and treated me with great compassion. We got everything taken care of. I did indeed need an alignment (he even showed me a print out of before and after), got oil changed and checked all the other 'stuff'. Well worth the drive for the peace of mind and professionalism I was shown by Anthony! Thank you for taking care of me.
