Big O Tires

5 recalled tires replaced under warrantee without any hassle at all despite not being purchased at this store. I wish all warrantee claims were handled as easily and as professionally. Big O took care of all the back-and-forth conversation with the tire manufacturer that can be so frustrating when submitting a warrantee claim.

There is a gentleman that works inside with somewhat of an accent and his name starts with a D, I can't remember it. He is not the most polite person. In fact when I was there you could tell the tech was very uncomfortable when this man was addressing him. I also never received a call that my car was ready. I just assumed that since I drilled it off at 11, it was ready at 5.

Called for hard to find tires for my '96 vehicle. Darryl went out of his way to find the correct tires for my car. Called a couple other shops and they could not deliver. Also, I was not hussled into buying more services that did not need. Was told precisely what I needed and that's it. Noticed that Darryl did the same for all the customers in the waiting area. Really went out of his way to provide great service!!

Needed oil change, went spot on. Did multi point inspection, Notified me of issues I need to address and that is standard. Weren't pushy to sell it and I loved it. Soon as I can get funds I'll be back to fix issues A.S.A.P. Safety is priority.

Just moved to Bentonville, AR from Thornton, CO and have always used Discount Tire for any tire needs. Darryl Barker bent over backwards to get the screw in my tire fixed and when I asked if it was fixed for free like Discount Tire (whether the tires were purchased at Discount Tire or not), Darryl said he didn't have that policy. End of the day, Darryl fixed the screw hole in my tire and didn't charge me to fix it. Because of that little relationship building he did for me, I will be coming to Big O Tire in Bentonville for my next set of tires! I will also engage his team for other services as well since our Camry needs a tuneup and oil change.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought 4 new 10-ply tires and got an alignment, but the tires are starting to wear. We have rotated them as recommended, but I think the alignment is still off. What can I do?
