So here is why I gave you a 5 Star and 4's. -Jamal is the only employee you have who actually remembers you and treats you like you are not a customer. He makes you feel welcome and that you are the most important person there. The others do not. You need more people like Jamal to make this an even better place. The point is if Jamal isn't working I don't go in because I don't feel taken care of.

First time to use Big O Tires for my needs. Will bring in other cars to have oil changed, etc.

I was very satisfied with my recent tire purchase from Big O tire. I have used the big warehouse stores previously, usually buying Michelin, although I may have paid a bit more for the Big O tires, the value received is tremendous. From the initial guidance provided from Daryl, who listened to my requirements, then recommended a Nitto brand tire (this is the first time I have bought Nitto tires) through to the final return of my SUV. For the next 60,000 miles I will have peace of mind regarding my tires, the Big O road hazard warranty exceeds the big warehouse version. The team was very helpful, even gave me a ride back to my home while the work was conducted. The tires look great, they ride and handle fantastic, if I did'nt know I would think they are Michelin's. I would recommend speaking with Daryl before buying a set of tires anywhere else!

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a oil change and tire rotation done and it was at a great price as well. Unfortunately, I saw some awesome looking all-terrains and I think I'm going to have to upgrade the tires on my truck pretty soon! Thank you for the awesome experience!

I recently purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle. I wanted a brand and size not normally in stock at a local store, but Gary ordered them ordered the same day with them arriving the next. I was called first thing in the morning on the day of arrival and told I could come down and they would mount them up. When I arrived the lot was full and much to my surprise I was in and out in very short time. Absoluetly no problems and excellent service. I should also mention the store was immaculetly clean with a nice waiting area. I will be back in the future and recommend they to anyone in the need of new tires and excellent service.

I got brand new wheels, tires and a lift kit for my truck. Everything was perfect, just what we had spoke about and they even got everything in early and got me rolling a day faster than originally planned.

I have bought tires at Big O tires in Bentonville and they have also done a wheel alignment, replaced my brakes all the way around, replaced the rotors and have changed the oil. Each time they have done excellent work, have explained the repairs that have been needed and have been very pleasant to deal with.
