Big O Tires

I thought I needed a new tire, but was advised that the current tire could be repaired; that was then promptly taken care of. My truck was also veering left. I was informed that I need a new tie-rod; that was installed in a timely manner. My truck's engine also appeared to be spattering out a bit of oil from its top side. I inquired about that and was given useful advice. Very helpful service.

I had a great experience. The team at Big O took time to walk me through options and I love the new tires they recommended.

I believe Daryl helped me during my entire process (whoever check me out at the end of my tire/oil change) and he was very informative and direct about price and the service. It was a wonderful change to have someone that direct so I had no surprises. I have another car that will need work that I will be bringing to this store and will continue to bring my Dodge back. Customer service was excellent and the staff was all very friendly! Thank you for all your help!

It was all good. Might work on communication of parts as I went without the part for my car for 2 weeks and I had to call and inquire.

Friendly people who do great work and keep my cat in great condition.

Kevin worked on my truck taking some spring blocks out so the rear would sit down lower to make it possible to hitch my 5th wheel to the truck and have the 5th wheel sit level. This was on a brand new truck with just over 500 miles on it. Kevin did an excellent job with great results. Thank you

Took truck in for rotation. I wasn't familiar with the Big O brand but have been delighted with tires and service from the Bentonville store.

Seemed to take a little longer than normal

I gave a four on product knowledge and expertise because after installing a tire pressure monitor valve stem, my Chrysler Town and Country van still showed that the system needed to be serviced. The tech had programmed the replacement and didn't know why the system hadn't reset. He suggested I drive it for a while to see if it would. On my way home, I hit reset on my computer control panel and the error light disappeared from both my computer readout and on my dashboard. All-in-all, the service was excellent and I have no complaints, but I wanted you to know why I gave a 4 on that particular category. What happened would not make me less likely to deal with Big O in the future.

Darryl Barker and his service team did a really great job taking care of my car I replaced all 4 tires they did not have in stock but went out of there way late in the evening and picked a set of tires up from near by store . I was there less time then I figured,friendly,experience,and did it right!!! Thanks

Unlike some other shops, I feel that at Big O my vehicles are in good, knowledgeable hands. These appear to be people who have a passion for cars, not workers scrounging for a job anywhere they can get one. Professionals.
